By purchasing from Trevya, customers agree that all products including jewelry, customized gifts, hampers, and bouquets are subject to availability and may have slight variations due to handmade or personalized production. Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice. Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started. Customers must provide accurate order and shipping details, and Trevya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses. Any damage during delivery must be reported within 24 hours with proof for replacement consideration. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms and accept that Trevya reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or policy violation.
